Updates since resumption of TLP:

I have resumed in soime part the Lorien Poem as of 05/24/07. The long hiatus has been due to a number of factors. One, after finishing Cantos 1 and 2 of Part Eight sometime in September of 2005, they were lost due to a computer tragedy. Second, over the past couple of years, I have restricted my writing time to the NANOWRIMO event in November. In these 2 months, Nov. 2005 and 2006, I have written two novels regarding the older story of Obelieus. This material should keep me busy for some number of Novembers to come. Thirdly, I do have another job that does keep me somewhat entertained and busy much of the time. Hopefully this will not lead to another 2 year hiatus in the poem as the years are piling up and so many many Cantos yet to be written. The novels will likely make it here in time. However, pounding out 50,000 words in 30 days while busy with school is not the most reliable way to produce readable stories so it might be a long while.
